The election will be live through midnight on Thursday, November 10th. If we receive multiple ballot submissions from your account, only the latest valid submission will be considered legitimate. Any annual meeting proxies that have been assigned to an owner will be automatically placed in accordance with their submitted ballot, provided that the owners assigning their proxy did not vote as well.

We only use the physical address, email address, and phone number provided to verify the data that we have on file for each account.
