We offer comfortable accommodations in unbeatable locations. Take the hassle out of packing and only bring your essentials: our properties are move-in ready – from furniture, décor, and appliances to cookware and utensils. Our guests are welcome to choose their move-in and move-out dates at their convenience.

    All of our homes come with reliable high-speed internet and WI-FI, to keep you connected to the outside world. Feel free to request a speed test; we’re happy to provide it ahead of your arrival.

  • Laundry in Unit

    All of our homes have a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. You will have your own private laundry room with a washer and dryer; no coins are needed.

  • Full Kitchen

    All homes have full kitchens that are ready to use. This includes a fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and toaster. Our kitchens are also fully-stocked with silverware, bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, cutting boards, colanders, and much more! You will have everything you need to prepare a delicious family meal.

  • Fully Furnished

    When we say move-in ready, we really mean it! Our homes will have everything you need to have a wonderful extended stay in Breckenridge. Comfortable beds to sleep in, couches to lounge in, and TVs to catch your favorite shows. Even the decor in the home was carefully designed for an ambiance that feels like home.

  • Parking

    Staying with Alpine Edge means guaranteed free parking, on-site. Many of our homes will offer garages, some will offer private driveways, and some will have both! For some of our condos and flats, you will be issued parking passes to park in the complex lot. Regardless, you will always have a comfortable and free spot to park.

  • Contactless Check-In

    You will have the ability to access your rental independently. Whether you plan to arrive at 4 pm or 1 am, our seamless check-in process lets you decide what time works for you.

  • On-Demand Cleaning

    Your property will be professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival and after your departure. We would be happy to schedule as many additional mid-stay cleans as you like.

  • Service & Maintenance

    Our Alpine Edge team all live here locally in Summit County, to offer quick responses to any questions or issues you may have. We are open 7 days a week from 8 AM-5 PM and have a 24-hour emergency call line. Rest assured that an Alpine Edge team member is always a call away to help.
