During each inspection, we will complete a thorough report that will be emailed to you. All findings, including thermostat temperatures, required repairs, and a list of any tests completed, will be noted in this inspection report. If we do find something on your property that needs to be repaired, our home check team will provide an estimate to repair this item, and, if directed, perform the repair in a timely manner.
