ENTRANCE – LIVING ROOM



When you arrive at 429 N. Park Avenue, you’ll have access to one parking space. Look for the lot-facing side of the building (north side) for the keypad door to gain access to the interior of the building. The access code will be in your check-in instructions, which you’ll have in your email two days before you arrive. Once inside, go up the stairs and through the hallway, and you’ll see your door to the left, labeled #14. This corner unit has large windows throughout, which yield amazing views and tons of natural light. Let yourself in to your living room, where you’ll find modern décor and furnishings, including a comfortable couch which folds out into a queen bed. There will be a flatscreen TV which will offer cable and connectivity to streaming apps.



 



KITCHEN/DINING AREA



To the right, you’ll see the kitchen, which includes seating for four around the beautiful island, and is outfitted with high-end appliances, plate ware, and everything you’ll need to make a gourmet, home-cooked meal. You’ll find an oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and a regular drip coffee maker. To the left you’ll see a large window which lets in a lot of natural light.



 



BEDROOM



This cozy bedroom will include a queen-size bed and flatscreen TV. This room also has access to the en-suite bathroom.



 



BATHROOM



Your en-suite bathroom includes a washer/dryer, a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. 

There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy.
