1ST LEVEL–- Main Level Contains ---

PARKING:

As you pull into the property, there is room for three vehicles in the parking lot.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA: When you enter the property, you’ll be greeted by the newly remodeled kitchen that includes a five eye electric stovetop, all new kitchenware, and includes all the essentials for the home chef of your group. The dining table is just off the living room and seats six, but there is also a breakfast bar that can seat another two.

LIVING ROOM: Continue through the main room and you’ll see the living room which is centered around a wooden stove as well as a large mounted flatscreen with streaming apps. Large windows and even larger views, vaulted dome ceilings, and access to your private deck and hot tub round out the living area.

1^ST BEDROOM: The first bedroom on the main level features a king bed, TV w/ appleTV and full-size closet. This bedroom shares a full bath with 2^nd bedroom.

2^nd BEDROOM (BUNK ROOM): Across the hall from the first bedroom is the bunk room, which includes two sets of bunk beds, four twin beds total. This room is perfect for the kids and shares a bathroom with the first bedroom.

1^st BATHROOM: The first bathroom features a shower/tub combo and single vanity.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Rounding out the main level is a closet for laundry, with stacked eco-friendly washer and dryer machines.

2ND LEVEL – Top Level Contains

3^rd BEDROOM: MASTER BED // MASTER BATH: Head upstairs to find the most spacious bedroom in the house, the master suite. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite master bath which has dual sinks, and a step-in shower.
