Enter the community from the parking lot and venture downstairs to the garden level to find the centrally located exercise room with sauna. Prefer to blow off steam with a view? Make your way back upstairs and outside to the terrace, where you’ll find hot tubs bubbling and ready for you to soak and unwind. Ready to head upstairs? Take either the elevator or stairs up to the 2nd floor to enter the condo.

The spacious sun-drenched main living area has West-facing windows for gorgeous sunsets over the Ten Mile Range. When you first walk into the unit, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite counter tops. Enjoy all modern amenities, including a double sink, dishwasher, 5-eye electric stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle to heat water. Serve your crew buffet style at the bar or at the adjoining dining table for 4. Look to your right and you’ll find the washer and dryer tucked away in one of the closets. After dinner, cozy up on the pull-out couch in front of the gas fireplace and turn on the flat screen for a movie.
Take advantage of the grill by cooking out for your group or eating outside on the West-facing balcony under the colorful setting sun of the Rocky Mountains.
The master has a queen-size bed and plenty of room to unpack in the 7-drawer chest of drawers or two 3-drawer side tables. Enjoy private access to the West-facing balcony, or feel free to lounge in bed, you’ll always have natural light both inside and out.
When it’s time to clean-up, head into the bathroom with single sink counter top, combination shower/bath tub, and lots of cabinet storage.
