With walking distance to town and lifts, access to two complex hot tubs, and a separate pool/hot tub complex across the street, Trails End is sure to provide you with a special Breckenridge experience without breaking your budget! You can come home to take a break from your ski day, avoid the crowded restaurants on the mountain. Stop in at your condo for lunch, check in on your kids in the ski school area, and be back to skiing in no time.

---0 Floor – Ground Level Contains---
Feel free to park in the lot outside of the complex. Trailers, boats, and oversized vehicles are prohibited.
The ground level contains an elevator, that will take you to the second floor of the building, where the condo is located!
The Trails End complex has access to two shared hot tubs, one indoor and one outdoor. They can be found on the backside of the building, accessed down the hall past the elevator.
UPPER VILLAGE POOL AREA:
You will also have access to the Upper Village Pool located at 450 Village Rd, across the street from Trails End. Keys will be in the condo!
Due to COVID-19, shared pool and hot tub access may be closed for the season or limited.
---2nd Floor --- Main Level
After taking the elevator from lobby to the 2nd floor, immediately to your left is a room that includes laundry machines and garbage/recycling disposal. You’ll need quarters for laundry usage, but trash removal is free!
Enter the condo and you will be greeted by a cozy living room with a couch and love seat arranged around an electric fireplace and flatscreen TV mounted on the wall! Plenty of natural light creates a great environment to drink your morning coffee or wind down after a long day of skiing powder or hiking!
Just outside the living area you will be able to access the private south-facing porch to hang out and enjoy the fresh mountain air!
The couch is a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed, sleeping two.
Sharing the main space, is a mid-size kitchen, equipped with all your essentials and appliances, such as a four-eye stovetop and oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator! There is a breakfast bar that seats three.
The bedroom features a king size bed, with nightstands and a dresser that holds a flatscreen TV with cable access. The bedroom also has access to the porch! Across from the bedroom is the full-size bathroom which will be supplemented by towels and toiletries.
Please be aware that there are security cameras placed in the access and parking areas. Any video footage is not shared and is only in place for liability protection, and in no way infringes upon our guests’ expectations of privacy in the property.
