When arriving to the condo, park in any non-designated space in the parking lot. You will have a parking pass waiting for you in the condo!

KITCHEN / LAUNDRY CLOSET:
Upon entering the condo, turn left to enter to the beautifully designed sleek and industrial style kitchen, fully stocked with all essentials and more! The kitchen even has its own espresso machine and we supply the pods! With a breakfast bar and stools to seat four, this kitchen is sure to be the perfect setting for cooking up meals and eating together with your group!
The kitchen pantry opens up with plenty of shelves for storage and miscellaneous spices on the left while two eco-friendly laundry machines are stacked on the right. You’ll find laundry pods supplied here as well!
LIVING ROOM / DECK AREA:
Adjacent from the kitchen you’ll find the living area with industrial style lighting surrounding a sectional couch that is organized in front of a flatscreen TV with Roku w/ Xfinity cable app, and electric fireplace! The living room also has a desk with plenty of card/board games, books, and movies!
Just off the living room, this condo also has a private east facing deck with two patio chairs, an outdoor bar, and a propane grill!
BEDROOM / BATHROOM:
To the right of the living room is the bedroom fitted with more hardwood floors, a king-size bed, a full-size closet, and a flat screen TV with Roku and Xfinity cable app.
The bathroom neighbors the bedroom, which has a walk-in shower with large shower head and wand complete with more modern finishes!
Please be aware that there are security cameras placed in the access and parking areas. Any video footage is not shared and is only in place for liability protection, and in no way infringes upon our guests’ expectations of privacy in the property.

This condo was clean and was the perfect distance from town. The condo was updated with amazing fixtures and accents that made the home feel very coozy. I would recommend this location to anyone who would like to be a mile or two from town center.

My husband and I loved spending our Thanksgiving holiday at this adorable condo! As a designer, I loved the pictures of the updated condo and we were not disappointed when we arrived. We loved cooking in the extremely well appointed kitchen (all the gadgets you could imagine) and appreciated the fixtures/finishes they selected when they remodeled the property. The coffee maker with Nespresso was a nice touch and the super hot shower was important at the end of a day of skiing. The bed was super comfortable and we loved just hanging and watching TV from the comfy living room setup. Every detail was considered here from the spices to the ski storage. This is a perfect place for a couple looking to spend some time in the mountains with great access to skiing and a comfortable setup for apres ski:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our weekend in Breckenridge! The Airbnb was spotless and had many thoughtful touches. Everything you need is provided, and it was just a short drive to the main area of Breckenridge. I proposed to my now fiancée at a nearby trail, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to celebrate in! We're definitely planning to return in the future!

Relaxing condo with a great view. Smooth check in/out process. We were able to enjoy the sunrise drinking coffee on the porch and a movie on the couch by the fireplace. Very comfortable bed and couch. Loved the modern decor.

We loved the condo! So tastefully decorated and well stocked. My husband was really thankful for the coffee bar. My only negative is not the property but the location. We rode the shuttle everyday to go ski which was convenient however it was a bit of a hassle to drive back to town for dinner. Saying all that, the reasonable price was the trade off. Overall a great stay in Breckenridge!

Great stay at this super cute, updated unit. It’s rustic and retro vibe are really fun. The kidss loved the options of games and movies. We were welcomed w a personal touch of a handwritten note. We used the pullout sofa bed. It’s thick and comfy. The best sofa mattress we’ve ever had. All the sheets were really soft too. It’s the care in the little things that make for a superior stay. The location provides quick and easy access into town, and to any nearby attractions. Very happy with our stay.

This home is simply beautiful. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home and relaxed. Our favorite was the Espresso and milk steamer; coffee on the balcony in the morning with the mountain views! The location and ease to town only made our stay better. The free shuttle stop was just down the street and we were in town within about 10 minutes. You also can't beat the Distillery being right next door! We will be back as soon as possible.

Loved the industrial style and the location was great. Outside of downtown but close enough for everything. The Distillery is literally 150 steps from the front door (fantastic drinks & food!) and Main Street was just a short drive. Amazing area with lots to explore, fantastic food and friendly/helpful locals. Management company was great to deal with and the communication was good as well. We'd definitely stay here again.
